What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
Ordered a grande americano with room. They made it without room and when I complained they offered to pour some out, so basically I’d be paying for a grande but getting a tall instead (as it’s one shot less). For $5 you get a coffee that’s not what you ordered. View all feedback. What User likes about Starbucks:
Great experience today! Sadly did not catch her name, but she was just booming out orders- no stopping! While being incredibly friendly with all customers waiting for their orders! Came in around 3pm for a mocha frapp. Whichever lovely lady was creating the drinks on this shift- legit you are a rockstar- best customer service I’ve received from any Starbucks location in the surrounding Brant area! some locations mess...
