Some of the worst service I have ever experienced. If you’re not dining with a large group of males, don’t count on the young female servers to pay any attention to you. Quite sad because this spot definitely had potential. The food was okay, but not long after eating it my fiancé and I had terrible stomach pains and felt nauseous. It completely ruined our evening. I came in a little before they opened and was welcomed to my seat by the hostess.Perhaps it was because I was early that the food was so fresh and delicious but I was assured it is like that all of the time.The staff is very friendly and made me feel at home. I had a great conversation with the hostess who is very happy and friendly.There is no doubt I will return to this location frequently.
Food was good and surprisingly quick. Overall service, not so much. Yes, probably new staff on hand. However, not busy. Waiting close to 10 minutes just to take the initial drink order, forgetting to bring cutlery and then having to wait close to 10 minutes after finishing dinner and us stating nothing else, thanks, to finally get the bill... Not great service. I want to like this place. Good for sitting at the bar for drinks, but... Slow table service... Uggg.
Service on Monday july31/23 was absolutely terrible. There was one waitress working both the bar and serving. The place was not busy.We advised the waitress that the tropical margarita was not as described. Rather than offering to replace she left it with an awkward silence and out of embarrassment we kept the drink. We had to wave the waitress down to order our meal. Meals came after a considerable wait. My plate was hot but fries were warm and became cold fast.The waitress did not come back to check if the meals (4 people) were ok.She removed 2 plates at the end of the meal and left mine and my wife’s in front of us at the table.When she came back I mentioned that she had failed to check back. The desert menu was requested and the waitress was not to be found until she came back with the machine to pay. She was informed that she failed to take a desert order.I asked if she was new, she said no. Upon asking we found out she was the only server and worked the bar.If the place had been busy I would have been more accepting of the service no excuse for the food. It was not busy and management if any should be embarrassed to provide the food and service we experiencedIn all my years of dining out this is the first time I refused to leave a tip.I feel bad for the waitress but also believe she could have done much better or explained she was on her own.Not likely to go back.
Worst experience ever.We were seated at a table that still had dirty dishes on it from the previous customer.We noticed that they did this with many other customers as well even though there were clean tables available.Very slow to get drinks and food but we are ok with this understanding the staffing issue that exist.We ordered an appetizer which came hot and was good but the small plates on our table there were several left there) some were not very clean.Two of our 3 entries arrived absolutely cold.The third arrived later and hot but was a bowl with shrimp that was dried and hard and completely not edible.My son attempted to return his cold meal to be heated but it was then returned still absolutely cold . We were quoted 30 minutes to get a new meal or order something else. He just wanted what he ordered but not cold.The manager came to “apologize “ citing new staff and being very busy. After a bit we were given our bill but my son still had not received any food.Our server seemed surprised that he was expecting something. Our encounter with the manager gave us the clear expectation that the issue was being resolved.This was our first time at this chain restaurant and our last. We noticed the couple beside us also waited very long for their food then only got part of their order initially with a wait for the remaining part.There are some serious problems here from cleaning between customers , food preparation and serving time and generally customer service.
Server was amazing she has an amazing enthusiasm and was very kind and gave us a comprehensive review of the menu. She helped us navigate the menu and select enjoyable meals. She wasn’t overwhelmed by the number of people on the table. Sadie is truly an amazing waitress and we can’t wait to return.
