I came here tonight for the first time and had such a lovely experience. The food was amazing as well as the atmosphere! To top it off, our server Zeina was absolutely wonderful!! What priti batta doesn't like about Paramount Middle Eastern Kitchen:
We had extremely bad experience. Closing time is 9. We got there 8.10 and they wouldn’t let us in . Feel bad for owner. As a business owner I know it takes time to build but not with this attitude in hospitality business. U have lovely food. I planned to have some appetizers with lunch today and ordered a tabbouleh salad from Paramount as part of my order. I was shocked by the portion size when I received the food. Priced at $13.79, you would expect a decent if not generous portion. Instead I received a plastic bowl with a diameter of around 10 cm (shared the photos for people to understand the portion size). In addition, after tasting it, it is very salty and sour, not even close to a proper tabbouleh! This is not ok for a salad plate that is made out of basic ingredients. This is actually a rip off!UPDATE: after the restaurant 's request to call them, I reached out and was very upset with the way they handled it. I was blamed for not calling them, they said I should call them !!! Then, they said that this could be a side portion and I clarified it was an order from the menu and not part of any plate and they should have the order clear to them! Then, they said that they don 't control portions, they don 't control how it is presented to the customer!!! Really! What does the management do if there is no control on basic process?The phone call made me even more disappointed and I felt not appreciated and respected at all! What a bad experience!
Ordered from uber eats twice now since I moved to the area. More expensive than the billion other shawarma dumps around but it's great quality and taste at least so far since I ordered. Like I said not cheap but you get what you pay for. This my new spot for half beef half chicken plate it slaps.
