Papa Johns Pizza - Burlington

I have to say that this pizza large meat pizza tasted worse than the freezer in the food business. with tipp $35. delivered. my casa de momma pizza I paid $2,99 on sale was way tastier. image in the advertisement for meat pizza showed thick covered with meat. was not much meat. a customer lost here. the only reason I gave a star was delivered on time.

This is one of the top pizza chains! I have never had a bad pizza from Papa John's.

Unprofessionals, and gave me an expired garlic sauce (it had the whole oil swimming in the dip with the white part below) with soggy pizza.

That was the most unprofessional and worst experience I have ever had at any business. The owner/manager said it would take 25 minutes for the pizza to arrive, but it didn't show up until 12 o'clock, an hour late. The delivery driver accused us of lying about the order time, even though we had proof in our call log. When we called to complain about the extreme lateness and rudeness of the driver, the owner/manager dismissed our concerns. We refused to accept the pizza because it was cold and so late, and we will not be ordering from Papa John's again after this terrible experience.

I have to say, the staff at this restaurant were very friendly, but unfortunately I would not recommend ordering here again. The wings were undercooked, the dips were not good, and despite ordering three vegetable toppings on one side of my pizza, there were hardly any toppings at all. Similarly, I ordered bacon on that side and received very little. The sides were not generous in portion size for the price, and overall, the pizza was just not very tasty.
