McDonald's - Burlington

The service is very inconsistent at this location. The food ordering procedure is terrible. I've to wait 8 minutes just for one coffee. The washrooms are always filthy. This place needs a lot of work.

Great staff here. Very friendly. Food is typical fare. Be nice if breakfast was all day instead of dead on 11am

This McDonald's has been completely updated with the new Mac café feel. So it's not too bad to run in for a quick McDonald's fix. It even has a little faux fireplace but it is of course still a fast food restaurant. It does not offer a play area for the kids. The drive through now has two drive-through tellers which makes things a bit speedier the one thing about this particular McDonald's is however -Always Doublecheck your order. I don't think that there is one time in the drive-through where my order has been as places. There is always something missing. We are a family of four so usually it's not all that complicated but for some reason it seems difficult to get it right. It is also one of the locations where you specifically have to ask for napkins :) Not that I would usually review and McDonald's but I thought it is worth knowing so that you don't get annoyed when you get home :)

McDonalds at Upper Middle & Appleby Line has the best morning staff. They are friendly and always say good morning and have a great day. Even remember the regulars!! Well done morning drive thru staff!

I do not eat here due to having a kidney disease this is not a very healthy place for me to eat, but I love their coffee!
