I have been a customer for a few years now ordering whenever I have an event. When we placed our most current order I was disappointed. The women we dealt with to place the order was absolutely amazing!! Very helpful and answered all my silly questions, however when I picked up my order the women was rude, snippy and could not care at all.Customer service is very important especially when taking special orders.

Ordered for the 1st time here for a weekend Birthday. Service was friendly, good selection of options. Cupcakes were ready on time delicious. Will order again from here!

I bought the 12 mini cupcakes today, and I was so disappointed that they cut them down in size. So pay the same and get less I’d rather pay more.

We ordered 6 cupcakes and 12 mini cupcakes online on friday after a baking malfunction at home, these cupcakes were a HUGE life saver, presentation and value was awesome! Would 100% recommend to anybody in a pinch and even if you aren't, still a great option either way! Will be coming to this bakery in the future for events!!!

These cupcakes are the most wonderful treat on the planet. They are worth driving a million miles to worth every penny!!! You cannot eat a bad flavour, every one is so crazy delicious! These cupcakes are legendary between my friends and I, and we all look forward to the days we make the drive to Burlington for them. All the love for LA cupcakes!!! You could never regret eating a cupcake from here! SO GOOD ?
