Great selection. that is the best location of goodness me. the prices are a bit expensive. I would like to see the prices matching organic garage in oakville to save the trip.
You won't find better vegan samosas than the ones at Goodness. I always enjoy their samosas (2 large and filling for $4.99) and their warm Indian lentil soup ($2.99). These dishes always leave me feeling satisfied. Goodness has a seating area where you can enjoy your meal without being disturbed by other customers. It's one of my favorite vegan meals to indulge in.
The employees are always friendly and seem to feel with what they can feel. I haven't tried to eat them yet. I love diversity!
I love Goodness Me for their line of Udi's gluten-free products, as well as the selection of other gluten free and vegetarian items. Many of the staff are knowledgeable when it comes to allergies and appropriate products. The store has pretty good hours, and a good selection, despite the size of the store being small. I understand they are scheduled to move into a larger building on Fairview Street in the near future. When they have sales on, the prices are very good and they usually have lots in stock, which is great. They also offer ready-made foods, organic produce, and a variety of specialty items that my grocery store has never heard of. Highly recommended.
