My friend and I stopped by for a snack... the food and service were nothing to rave about, but acceptable. It wasn't until my credit card bill arrived a few weeks later that I saw I had been overcharged! I called the Dickens and didn't get any help... rather than pursue the issue I've decided to never return (and advise people I care about not to eat there, too). View all feedback.
Stopped for a quick bite to eat before they return to port dover l! amazing eating and even better service! our server kaela was funny, responsive, and their recommendations for lunch were not disappointed!
Our server (the overweight/big lady) was hands down the rudest server I have ever encountered. My friends and I were people of colour. She was giving spectacular customer service to the table next to us but was rude to all of us. The band sounded great. Food okay. Cocktails were good. The waitress ruined our experience and I probably won’t come back unless I’m with my Caucasian friends just in case I get her as my server.
What a fantastic place for breakfast/running! we ordered the pancakes and omelett and they were made to perfection! the service was fast and our server shivon was helpful and welcoming. we look forward to returning to this traditional style pub for dinner and pints!
What a place. I've never been in my life of 5 star dunes and Bugatti rips I've ever been spoiled and so groomed. I recommend the wings and beer. even better when served by kendra, kaela or alicia they are amazing and always at the top of the game. I bless this facility.
Always a great time here and always great drinks. naomi always serves the best dishes and cocktails! never disappointed and always goes on their way to ensure that we are happy, highly recommended, come on the Tuesday late night!
