On our last visit Caroline served us. She was hilarious and kept up with my husbands off-the-wall sense of humour. Service was great, food was great as it always is. View all feedback.
What Robert K doesn't like about Cora Breakfast & Lunch:
Great service, altough they forgot the toast. Dishes are huge. I ordered Montreal smoked meat . Foolishly, I expected, as the menue states, a decent helping of smoked meat. Not even close! It came with plenty of potatoes and variety of fruits. But the smoked meat conisted of one thin miniscule slice, not bigger than 1/2 a square inch. I repeat, one little slice. I am sure, they make other stuff that comes up to par,... View all feedback.
It has been a few years since my last visit to Cora Breakfast and Lunch, and I was quite disappointed with this visit. Their revised menu looked very appealing and our server was pleasant and friendly. The problem began with my food order. I ordered the Smoked Salmon Omelet as the picture in the menu looked very appealing. But it was far from that. The Omelet was over cooked the Smoked Salmon had to be the smallest and thinnest I've ever seen. The home fries were under cooked and the fruit was scrawny and tasteless. Apparently the other meals in our group were ok, but mine was not. Also, two other tables who came in after us were served their meals long before we received ours. Very disappointing. I will have a very difficult time going back to this Cora's or even recommending them in the future.
The food was mediocre. The smoked salmon did not taste fresh. It appeared from a frozen fish. The potatoes were slightly burnt. It was a different experience from the previous time we had Cora.
My family and i were originally looking for an ihop, we are from out of town, and came across this instead. We came for breakfast--so much better than ihop. Food was so good, the options were awesome, and the crepes were so cool. The way the plates are designed with the placement of food--you can tell great care went into it, especially with the fruits. Our server Ellory was incredible. We'll definitely come back when we are in Burlington.
Had a very delightful experience on my first visit for a brunch. Food was delicious, a little low on salt but I would understand the reason from the presence of a crowd of varying age and preferences. I would definitely visit and recommend it for a heavy brunch to keep you full throughout the day
At this very location, about a month ago,, My wife and I were asked to leave when we asked a server of how much time it would take to be seated after waiting for 25mins at the reception. We saw 3 tables were available to be seated. My wife and I were lost of words hearing her reaction to a natural ask. We are 49&50 yo, we’ve experienced some great dining experiences around some countries but this was the first time ever we’ve heard anything like that inside a restaurant filled with people. Besides being humiliated, we promised ourselves to never step into that branded restaurant ever . Not us, not my kids will ever step into that place ever again.
