Despite the initial setback, the charming outdoor seating and attentive service at another restaurant provided a more positive experience. On the other hand, a visit to a different establishment in the area left much to be desired due to disappointing service and unsatisfactory menu options. However, amidst mixed reviews, there were still highlights including a delicious veggie burger, friendly servers, and generous portions of comfort food. Overall, the dining scene in Burlington offers a variety of options worth exploring.
We were told about this app that they can record 13 people in 15 minutes. We left where we wanted to go there and the person said they don't use an open table app. We were so hungry and cold and gave up our place in another restaurant. You really need to update your restaurants that do not use the app
I made reservations for Christmas Eve. When we sat down, we were immediately told that the kitchen was closed. When we went to go, I said Hostess If I knew the kitchen was closed, I wouldn't have made reservations. The manager did it right. We could eat, but felt compelled. While we appreciate the help, and of what we were able to eat the food was good, a proposal would be for the restaurant to stop reservations an hour or so before they close.
Great Thanksgiving dinner! We thought the website said full menu, but we still had a great meal. Great place!
Ridicully bad service on a night that wasn't busy. Starters brought to main dishes. No offer of water or other drink. Bad knowledge of the menu. Food was as expected for pub food, but overall experience was not good. There are too many other great places to go in Burlington instead of here. Pass!
Only negative is not fan of wall TVs but that's my issue, more of a sports bar/pub
