This is the oldest brewery in one of the best beer cities in the world, and they continue to be among the finest. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and well-acquainted with us beer enthusiasts. They excel at brewing a variety of styles, and I particularly enjoyed their Belgian beer that featured brettanomyces – it was expertly crafted. Not impressed. When we got here it was completely full. We were told 30 minutes, it took an hour to get seated. Ok, fine. Understandable. We sat down, the server got us a beer, and we ordered a burger. The restaurant is now half full, and it's been 40 minutes, no food, and our server has not been back to get us another drink.
