I came in tonight and there was a small thing wrong with my order, Carly and who ever else was working tonight apologized for it and made it right immediately. It was some A+ costumer service. They were very polite, professional, and I've been to other coffee shops in town and they just don't provide the friendliness that Scooters does. I'll make sure to come again. View all feedback.
What Ms Weiss doesn't like about Scooter's Coffee:
I've only been here once. Got the suggested Trademark Drink. It was too sweet for me and not enough caffeine. It was a little thick. Ended up not finishing it. And I need my coffee to survive. Next time I would order a plain espresso to see if the coffee holds up the sweet View all feedback.
I enjoy their hot drinks on a cold day. It's never to strong of a taste, perfect everytime. The employees always greet you with a smile.
Gotta love Scooters! My personal favorite- peanut butter, mocha Carmelicious Blender....large of course! Try one!
Usually love their smoothies, but when I went and ordered 6 smoothies for my family, I was told that if I didn?t call ahead next time, they wouldn?t take my order. I feel like this is horrible customer service, and decided to take my business to Lost Bear instead. The lady there was so kind, and was thankful for our business. Even gave me a punch card. They?ll be getting our business from now on.
They are quick and very good! A little pricey but a nice treat.
Great friendly staff. The coffee drinks are exceptional. Good variety of sugar free options. Try a sugar free snickers expesso blender!
