Parkside Brewing Company - Burlington

I don’t hold the lone cook or the single young lady serving a crowded restaurant during a holiday weekend responsible, but I’ve been here for two hours. It took 30 minutes just to get our menus and drinks, and then another hour for our food to arrive, which was cold, burnt, and incorrectly prepared. None of us received the right orders, and one dish even had chicken wings that were still bright pink inside. The management here is failing both their customers and their staff. If I could give zero stars, I would.

What an incredible brewery! First and foremost, the beer is authentic to its style—clean, crisp, and absolutely delicious. Well done! I enjoyed several pints. The food was fantastic as well! We had spent grain crust pizza, smoked and fried wings, and a variety of other deep-fried treats. To top it all off, Molly, the bartender, was exceptional. She was engaging (in the best way), knowledgeable, and just a lot of fun! Although we're just passing through, I truly wish I could make this place my regular spot. Kudos!

This is the best Hefe beer I've ever tasted. The catfish was delicious, and I've previously enjoyed the pizza, which was excellent as well. Burlington is fortunate to have this hidden gem on the south side of town!

Great place for the Friday fried catfish, however, for 5 stars, please update all your menus online and/or take down old ones as the posted price I found was less than in restaurant. Also..... As a craft beer hobbyist who tries beer wherever I go.... It wasalmost warm...... Barely a chill on my 3 tasters. But the fish and beer tasted great! Glad to see this in my old hometown of 40years ago, where I bowled as a Girl Scout!

We ordered a pizza to go and stayed and had a few drinks. The atmosphere was amazing and the staff too! Very friendly and welcoming.
