The service at the restaurant was excellent, but the cake we ordered was a complete disappointment. We had requested a coconut cake and were hoping for a delicious coconut flavor. However, the cake turned out to have thick layers of icing that were overly sweet and tasted strongly of shortening, with only a sprinkling of coconut flakes on top.
