I recently visited my local Asian restaurant, and while I found the food to be quite good, I was let down by their takeout policies. I was surprised to discover that ordering takeout incurs extra charges for seemingly basic items, such as $1 for a 2 oz portion of white sauce, which is offered free to dine-in customers. I ordered hibachi to-go filet and fried rice) and crab wontons. The filet was definitely not filet, all my bites were chewy and the veggies on the side were not mixed, I literally received a pile of fried onions and 2 little pieces of broccoli. The flavor was fine and the crab wontons tasted good. I 'm just sad I payed for filet and did NOT get filet. Service: Take out
We chose this place over Red Bowl, and we are so glad we did. If I’m being 100% honest, I didn’t have the highest of expectations for this place. It’s a takeout place in a shopping center, but boy was I wrong. You walk in and it might get a bit noisy at times, but it was decently quiet when we went. I am trying to wean off of soda so I went with there Tea menu and tried the Thai Milk Tea and it was amazing! One of the best I’ve EVER had i next ordered the Hibachi Chicken with Rice, (and rice instead of vegetables), Miso Soup, House Salad with a ginger dressing. The soup and salad portions may seem small at first, but oh man, they are making sure you have enough room for the insane size order of Chicken and rice you get. The rice was very tasty, and the chicken was amazing, it was not dry, very moist, flavourful , and if you add the white sauce they provide it just goes together amazingly. My girlfriend got just 2 side orders and a soda, and all of our food came out to just around 30$ which is pretty decent for 2 people to eat at a quality takeout restaurant. We had Sarah as our waitress too, she seemed slightly exhausted, but she was amazing and she really seemed to like working so, that made the experience better of course. My girlfriend and I are definitely going to be Coming back! 1000/10
