The location and staff are fantastic. This Dunkin' Donuts is conveniently located near my workplace, so I frequent it often. The staff is always friendly and consistently gets my order correct on the first try. I have never encountered any problems at this location, no matter what time of day it is.

I will use the text messages I received from my wife as the basis of this review. We stopped at a Dunkin' near the entrance to I-95 in Burlington for a coffee. The server had their mask below their nose, which was concerning. Despite this, I decided to proceed with my order. When another employee appeared without wearing a mask at all, I became even more worried. Shortly after, a customer entered the store without a mask and no one addressed the issue. Disappointed with the lack of adherence to safety protocols, I ended up throwing away my coffee on the way out, after using their hand sanitizer. If the front-facing staff are not following guidelines, it makes me concerned about what might be happening behind the scenes.

This spot clearly knows how to serve their clients. Regularly with a very friendly mindset. The food is reasonably priced, always tasty and neat.

Great staff very helpful. They care about the customers. 👍👍
