Dairy Queen will always be one of my favorite places. The Buster Bars are great! When I was little there was a small Dairy Queen right by our house. The kitchen and employees were in a booth and customers ordered and ate outside. It was owned and run by avery nice older man named George. I think Dairy Queen's food and atmosphere nowadays is always better because it reminds me ofGeorge and his little booth 50 years ag... View all feedback.
What Princess Tinkerbelle doesn't like about Dairy Queen Grill Chill:
I ordered a 6 piece chicken got a 4 piece with no sauce and when I called to make it right the person on the phone was rude and before hanging up called me “bruh”, this is not the first time this week I’ve gone there and had bad service from the employees. View all feedback.
Firstly, when receiving my order, they handed me a blizzard rather than the shake that I had ordered. I asked the kid in the window and he told me I ordered a blizzard.. pretty positive I didn’t but ok, I took my food and went home. I noticed he didn’t hand me a receipt but didn’t think it would be a big deal. Upon arriving home I noticed things missing from my order. The food I received included items that were overcooked and undercooked. It was all cold. I tried to call the establishment in Burley twice and no answer. Very disappointed. Next time I’ll just make the drive over to the Rupert DQ. They always do an amazing job in Rupert at a more affordable price and half the time.
Got Dairy Queen, usually it’s amazing but recently it lost its ambition or something. Didn’t get half of my order along with the food tasting absolutely horrible. Not really much to say other than it rapidly declining. I spent a lot of money for my family to eat and I would like to get what I paid for.
This Dairy Queen used to be a nice place to eat. However, the QUALITY has gone down so far, I don’t think I’ll ever go back. I wanted a cookie dough blizzard with caramel on top, but they wouldn’t do it. I was told they could only mix it in but couldn’t put anything on top. Lame! Anyway, three blizzards were ordered and after about 15 minutes, our order number was called. The blizzards were NOT turned upside down like the advertisement describes. The blizzards were obtained so melted that I don’t think anything would remain in the cup if it was attempted to flip them upside down. $20 for three melted blizzards. Does that sound appetizing? I don’t think so! Plus the prices are jacked up pretty high for subpar quality. Go somewhere else to get better fast food and let this Dairy Queen become obsolete. The drive through is as slow as molasses, customers in front of us requesting replacements. That should have been the sign to run, not walk away!
This place has really gone downhill . Food and service are horrible. Will start taking the drive to Rupert DQ.
Took 30 minutes to get an ice cream and a fry order. Told the cashier at the counter I had been waiting 30 minutes and he walked away from me. Told another employee I wanted my food or I wanted a refund. They grabbed my ice cream and a cold stale fry. There was plenty of help but no one seemed to know what they were doing and no organization. Worst and most expensive dairy queen.
