Hire people with a caring attitude who enjoy customer service, not whoever comes along.

The staff very friendly and the food is really good! The two girls working Friday night at 8pm were super polite and friendly. The wait time was 35-45 minutes. There are only 5 tables, and 3 were already occupied when I arrived. Those dining in didn't get their food until the orders for... read more The wait time was 35-45 minutes. There are only 5 tables, and 3 were already occupied when I arrived. Those dining in didn't get their food until the orders for 4 out of the 5 tables were called simultaneously. However, online orders seem to be prioritized, as multiple to-go orders were prepared quickly and given out. Five people who ordered at the counter after me received their takeout before I did. Since there were no available tables, they left as soon as they got their food.

After reading other reviews... read more I visited Wingstop recently, and the cashier didn’t say a word to me and gave me a look as if I had offended her just by walking in. After reading other reviews, it seems this is a recurring issue that hasn’t been properly addressed. Having worked in similar jobs myself, I understand that food service can be stressful, but I’ve never encountered anything like this before. I’ll be choosing a different spot from now on.

I wish there was an option to leave a tip because, for once, I encountered a polite and kind teenager at Wingstop. Note to self: always carry cash!
