In a recent assessment of a popular restaurant, patrons expressed mixed feelings that highlighted both positive and negative experiences. While some customers praised the welcoming and professional staff, commending their attentiveness and decorum, others reported severe dissatisfaction with management and food quality. Complaints included early closing times, subpar food preparation, and unprofessional management responses. Notably, one guest was disappointed by cold dishes and lack of fresh options, while another experienced difficulties communicating with management. Despite a friendly cook and a memorable gesture for a birthday celebration, the overall perception remains marred by inconsistent service and questionable food standards.

Was Michell Eike at Panda Express a mag?
The staff at the restaurant were excellent, with top ratings for being welcoming, friendly, attentive, professional, and composed. Their dress was also on point, and their product familiarity was impressive. Although there were no issues during my visit, the management was also rated a perfect 5 out of 5 stars.

What Jonathan Romandia dislikes about Panda Express:
Usually this place rocks however we had a bad experience most of the product needed to be cooked all at the same time we had to wait to the point where we just decided to get noodles instead of fried rice added to take out really disappointed cuz they didn't care if we sat and waited for 25 minutes. The food service was walk-up style, but the timeliness, presentation, temperature, tastiness, quality, and selection of food all received top marks. Unfortunately, there was no bar available at this restaurant, but overall, my dining experience was excellent.
I have ordered from this restaurant before without any issues, but today I had a problem with my bowl. I ordered broccoli beef with fried rice, but the veggies were not cooked enough for my liking and there was very little beef in the dish. When I called to express my concern, the manager on duty said they do 70% veggies and 30% meat, which I found hard to believe based on my experience. I requested a refund, but the manager suggested I take pictures and come back another day with my receipt. I declined, as I did not want to drive back and incur additional costs. When I asked to speak to someone higher than the manager, he claimed to be the highest authority and refused to provide corporate's contact information. He also declined to give me his name and ultimately hung up on me. As a diabetic who had not eaten all day, I was disappointed by the manager's unprofessional behavior and have reached out to corporate about the incident. It's not about the food anymore, but rather the manager's conduct towards a customer. If anyone knows his name, please let me know. I have posted my pictures on the website as I was unsure how to attach them to this post.

The solution maybe for the server would have been not to make our main entrees and play some while we waited 15 minutes for this rice to add to to-go container.
AI ordering is not a substitute for relational customer service. Zero stars for putting your artificial intelligence system over customers.
The McDonald's of Chinese food. I'm actually updating this review to lower the star rating from 3 to 2.The problem with this place is you never know if it's going to be worth the money. Sometimes you get home and there's a nice big serving. Other times you watch them give you half a scoop, three times and you've got like half as much as normal and you feel robbed. Need to get off this scoop measurement system and start weighing the chicken so patrons aren't getting robbed
