What User doesn't like about El Pollo Regio:
We came an hour before close and ordered on the app. When we showed up at the drive thru to pick up, they told us they were out of the whole chicken we ordered -but they had not contacted us at all. We could choose another meat but had prepaid on the app.The chicken meal was $26+, while the meat given was $14... They said we received 1&1/2 lbs to compensate but it did not looklike anywhere near that amount. Good gree... View all feedback.
The burger was very dry and over cooked. Did not have the guacamole that I order on it. The Churro were very dry and had very little filling in them.
This is the third time I got a bone in my quesadilla do not order here
This place is great. Fast service, great management that takes care of their customers, and food always comes fresh and tasty. Very recommended.
The Tostada Siberia was delicious? my husband order half-grilled chicken, rice and coal beans and they were also delicious.
Gonna keep this short and quick Friendly staff food was ok, not the best. Fountain drinks were terrible. Overall, it's a high priced fast food restaurant to me.
