I visited the drive-thru this morning around 10:30. There was a car ahead of me and the line didn't move for over 5 minutes. I decided to go inside and the cashier asked me to wait. After waiting for a few more minutes without any service, I left. It seems like the delay may have been due to customers ordering complicated drinks that took a long time to make. I am so tired to come into this dunkin, either in the drive thru or door dash and every time y’all screw up something. most of the time it is several things. today I ordered a bagel extra cheese and didn't get any extra cheese. why can they never read an order correctly? I'm trying to get there three times, no answer.
They always run out of donuts! they don't even do not even donuts in the second layer as they do in san antonio. at 9 o'clock they are out! they need to know more donuts that they are the only ones in the southern side of ftworth! terrible! can't wait to talk with their superior cuz the manager is as rude as the workers!
The manager, barb, was very strange as she never trained me and assumed that I had an inability to learn because I did not know how to do things that was incredibly rude when I made high school students all a’s during taking strict classes. she also went to Mass Space call my phone to ask if I was at work when I was in the building. I don't know if she works there anymore, but my experience with her was terrible and I feel bad for anyone who works there.
I was craving a Dunkin' Donuts chocolate frosted and stopped by this place around 9:45. Unfortunately, I received the driest, stale donut ever. Even the birds outside seemed to disapprove, giving me side eye because of how dry it was.
I arrived at the restaurant 20 minutes before closing to pick up an Uber order. The lobby was already closed, so I went through the drive-thru. The employee informed me that the order had been canceled, but I insisted that it was still active. She then told me that they didn't have the items to fulfill the order. I agreed to cancel the order and called Uber to do so. However, the employees continued to stare at me. When I mentioned that Uber was trying to call to cancel, they claimed they didn't have a phone and refused to answer any calls. They eventually picked up the phone, spoke to Uber, and promptly hung up. The service was rude and dishonest. There is definitely room for improvement.
