Enjoy coming here... the staff is awesome. The food is good but I do wish that most of the items served were hot. And sometimes the rice needs to cook a bit more. Never been to a Chipotle and mentioned that to the lady when asked what I would like. Prices are low but you don’t get much food. My bowl was small and I didn’t know you have to ask for chips. You would think someone would help navigate the process for a first timer. The manager was at a table doing a line check book or some other thing. I won’t be back. View all feedback.
The bowls get smaller and smaller and I got a stomach bug right after my last order , won’t be going back I can make this at home

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!This location In my opinion has put a stain on Chipotle’s reputation. It’s been open for about year now and the 4 out of 6 times I have visited this location I have been disappointed/insulted. Customer service don’t make you feel welcomed, foods never fresh, slow customer service, No leadership, don’t pay attention to how they make mobile orders and who the customer they giving it to. I choose not to point out individuals because I feel like this location staff needs to do better as a whole. Hopefully this review reaches the right ears and things change for the better.
From the horrible attitudes of the employees to the tiny portions literally a half portion of everything definitely drive a little farther and go to the other Burleson
