The food is always fresh and delicious. Their sides are all great too! I tried the broccoli salad, grape salad and my daughter gets the Mac cheese!! Service is good and the place is kept up really nice. I've been there several times and always enjoy the ambiance. Prices are good making it a place you'll enjoy all around. Give it a try! What J Jones doesn't like about Chicken Salad Chick:
I know prices have been going up, but nearly $30 for 2 plates was so unexpected. We waited at the drive thru ordering point for 15 minutes before they were able to take our order. Everything was faster after that, but at that point it doesn’t really matter if you’re inside or in the drive thru. The food was good, just can’t justify spending so much again View all feedback.
The food is good. However, the customer service is **** and so is the wait time. I just sat in the drive thru at the menu for 14 minutes (I understand they 're busy, so no problem) but it got to a point to which there were no more vehicles in line ahead of us. So I pulled up to the first window (assuming the speaker had broken or something) and waited for another 3 minutes before the girl finally looked out the window, opened it, said what? And I replied we waited but didn 't get to order, so I was wondering if something was wrong with the speaker. Then we sat here waiting to order, can we not do that? She responded the people behind you ordered. I don 't know what happened and shut the window. I WILL NEVER be back to this place again after that. THAT right there 100% makes the entire establishment disgusting to me.
I love Chicken Salad Chick, and order there almost weekly either through drive-thru or Uber Eats. While the sandwich itself is usually good; the last several times I've received wilted, blackened lettuce. This isn't only unappealing, it's a major food safety concern. Additionally, I haven't had a correct order in over a month. Today I was missing my side scoop of pimento cheese and had the coldest soup of my life, last time tomatoes on my sandwich which I requested removed, the time before no crackers with my side scoop... and the list goes on. This location needs to be more diligent filling orders, and more careful with food safety. It's disappointing to see it's done downhill recently, it was such an awesome quality before.
