Every time I go to Walmart, I always make sure to stop by so that me and my mother and I can snack while we shop. Today, we stopped by, and they didn't have anything other than half a cup of cut pretzels, and I didn't mind. I love them anyway. The guy had given the cup to me free of charge, and I was so grateful they showed up every day prepared to give their all. And they hold a part of my love ever time I walk in. View all feedback.
What Joannie Fleischer doesn't like about Auntie Anne's:
I came to use a free pretzel coupon and was told first that I could only use it online. However, I had already redeemed it for in store and you couldn't re-redeem it. It didn't say anywhere that I couldn't use the coupon in-store. Then the lady wouldn't even help me. She walked to the back of the store and just said I'd need to wait 10 minutes for her to help me with it and make my order. There were no other customer... View all feedback.
The people who work here are always polite and courteous.They even seem to go out of their way to always make sure that we get hot and fresh pretzels,and their pretzels are always so good, I have never been disappointed here.If I want some really good pretzels, this is the place I go to.
They were out of everything, and I mean everything. They just had one cup of pretzel dogs left, but given the shortage in the market, I couldn’t be mad about it. Plus, the lady working there was very nice. I will probably go back next time. Hopefully, they will have restocked their products then.
Wasted time driving there just to find out they’re closed when it says they are open on their website.It was on a Friday at 7pm, seems like a weird time to be closed.
The man I usually see working at this place is so kind! He goes the extra mile to ensure your pretzels are fresh. I ordered the regular cinnamon sugar pretzel, but he didn’t think the one they had left was fresh enough, so he offered me the cinnamon sugar pretzel bite cup. He gave me the cup for the same price as the regular pretzel, which is about $1 cheaper.I appreciate people like him quietly working hard and doing a great job at what that do! These pretzels are always so yummy! The strawberry lemonade frost was good too, although it was really sweet. I’ve never been disappointed by the food or service at this place.
I ordered a regular salt pretzel, sever 902 mgr1 said the pretzel bites were fresh out the oven and regular pretzels were going to take a while, I didn't want to wait and since he said the pretzel bites were fresh I purchased them instead. As I grab my first bite the pretzels were hard as a rock �. Never purchasing from here again.
