Red Rooster - Burleigh Waters

I wish yelp would offer no stars coz this place is horrible when it comes to bad service they get 5 stars all the way PATHETIC! It's really not hard to say

This place has got to be a joke. I have been here a couple of times and there is always something wrong.- Dry chicken with puss filled tumor/cyst (I'm serious)- Old burnt over seasoned fries- Wraps which fall apart when you open them- Soggy rolls with gluey gravy- Poor service- Dirty tables/floors- No utensils provided nor available on the counterIts clear they are cutting costs to try and keep up with the economy. Unfortunately its seriously detrimental to the quality of food they offer.I am done with Red Rooster in general. I recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs unless they pick up their game fast.

Visited this Red Rooster at 3.45pm last Saturday afternoon.Waiting to be served as it looked like they must of been having a meeting / staff discussion out back, maybe even change of shifts. Who knows !! What a disaster, the worst Red Rooster we have ever been into, never again. A shame on you Red Rooster Burleigh, you are putting the brand down, whoever the manager is here, you should be ashamed of this place.We ordered a meal each, one had a coleslaw with it, we were told by the man to get the drink and coleslaw out of the fridge, no problem, only then to be told we got the wrong coleslaw out, well there was no other !!! Oh I will get one from out the back, which he did, maybe if they had the fridge filled with correct product we would have done this right, not our fault.The meals when came were OK, not great, and certainly did not look very fresh, obviously chicken had been sitting awhile in a warmer.The restaurant seating area had chips and even a staff members hairnet on the floor, really needed a good sweep, hadn't been done for some time.So we go to the bathrooms to wash our hands after eating, water runs fine, but don't expect to dry your hands as both hand driers did not work, ( yes, the power was on at wall, first thing I checked). Both mens and ladies bathrooms driers did not work. Just great. We left after this, just not a clean and pleasant place to stay any longer.Would not recommend and would not return.Lots of other fast food restaurants very close by, steps away, go there instead.Red Rooster, this store at Burleigh certainly puts the name down BIG TIME !!!

I went to the drive-thru and specifically requested unsalted fries, as I have had issues with overly seasoned chips from this restaurant before. When I received my order, the fries were still overly salty. I went back through the drive-thru and inquired about getting unsalted fries, but when I got home, they were still too salty to eat. This is a clear sign of poor management.

The chicken was dry and the whole meal was too salty! very poir serve chips. very disappointed, as always had beautiful meals. not back
