Now on my second box with HerbiDoor, am impressed with the consistency across the two boxes. Good flavour, on time drivers. Will continue to use.

After trying a range of meal delivery services, HerbiDoor stands out for its competitive pricing, range of meals, taste and portion sizes. Definitely recommend them and looking forward to ordering from them again!

I contacted Herbidoor at 6pm after my first delivery attempt hasn't arrived. The lack of care factor by this company is honestly surprising. One sentence answers first saying it was delivered... obviously some issue had arisen or I wouldn't have contacted them to say it hadn't. I contacted again to say it definitely hadnt been, even their own system showed as unfulfilled. I'm totally ok with things going wrong and would've been very receptive to an offer of delivery in the next cycle. They said they would try and get it back on Monday in one mail then when I heard nothing AGAIN I asked what was happening, I was answered with a they cant til Thurs. They then processed a refund without contacting me or asking what I wanted to do. I emailed again today as i still havent received refund and explained I was disappointed by my experience as a customer and again NO acknowledgement of that issue, just a screenshot of my refund. These guys don't care. Really disappointing and that's before I even got to try the food.

I am shocked at how this business actually has a business. The food is not as described, the ingredients are all wrong and cooked incorrectly. Weird odd flavours and un hygenic meals. I found parts of another dish I never ordered in my meals. Clearly no food safety here. Overpriced and meals are not edible. I believe the only true reviews are on the earlier facebook reviews, no way would anyone enjoy this food. It is literally disgusting and not even cold when it arrived! Steer clear, what a joke.

Tasteless Overpriced Horrendous customer service Whilst it's great there is vegan home delivery options, this is one to AVOID. Save your money and your time. I'm sure you can make a nicer shepherds pie or lasagna yourself than this lot....
