Had a lovely fish and sweet potato chip meal after work. My first time here and although the shop was staffed by kids i took the meal back to my hotel and loved it. The fish was a beautiful thick piece of snapper. Sweet potato chips a tad on the oily side but yummyyyyyy!!<br/
I had a good experience here for takeaway fish and chips. It was a busy Sunday lunch and we waited 10-15min for our food. I had crumbed fish and chips which had a real crunchy crumb but with a bit of oil oozing onto my chips. I like that it came with a piece of lemon and tomato and taste sauce sachets. I also had a pumpkin salad which tasted pretty good with avo and pine nuts.
The fish was very fresh and oysters amazing! Excellent ambiance. Great way to end the weekend on a high positive note and a great way to catch up with the family when they are in town! Very lively! Go to this place often and always order the salmon and oysters!
A pleasant 15min walk from my mum's at Penguin Parade, its the best Fish Chips shop I have. Cod and snapper is the best of the lot, their chips are amazing! Enjoyed the sit in eat... comfortable.
Super soggy battered fish. Went for the dory and it was a good portion but left most as the batter was terrible. The salmon special was excellent! The salads also pretty good which is why a 4 star and not a two star. Normally there battered fish here is good but today was disgusting.
