Burleigh Baker - BURLEIGH HEADS

Top shelf coffee. I haven't tried the rest of James street to test the opposition but no complaints! Good choice of cakes. Breads and breakfasts looked terrific.

Stopped in for my morning coffee, and then couldnt go past the visually tempting almond croissants and 'beach bums'. Hubby said it was the best almond croissant he has had in years, the coffee was made perfectly to my liking (as requested), and the beach bum' was delish in terms of texture, flavour combos and presentation. The staff were all happy and warmed to my 3 kids and hubby. ( even the baker).

If you want a good coffee, exceptional bread and Treats then you must visit Burleigh Baker in Burleigh. Lisa and her husband Geoff are an amazing couple and their staff, Daniella, Matt, Jess, Emily, Camilla and crew are so engaging. We can't do with out our Wolfe Coffee from Matt and Danielle. Also our toasted sandwich is amazing.

I went to Burleigh Baker after a suggestion by another Bakery; I specifically was looking for Brioche Buns.Their Brioche buns were of the harder build; taller and heavier than the standard mass-produced Brioche that you can find in Woolworths.They toasted well and had a balanced flavour range.When used in a burger arrangement the bun did not fall apart like brioche are known for. Their service was pleasant and will go back soon to try more food stuff.

We would say this Baker sells the best bread on the coast especially for people who have problems with Gluten intolerance.The staff are helpful and friendly. Their pastries are cooked with love just like all of the goodies at this Bakery.We always buy our bread there and now that it's Easter just around the corner their hot cross bun are amazing.
