What User doesn't like about Sushi Maki:
I am a customer of this place for more than 3 years so unnecessary to say, I like it much buuut the lady answer to the phone is limit rude, the way she answers the phone and hastens you to answer and the entire interaction overall is rude. Every time I call, do I wish that the male person who also works there will answer the phone? he's much nicer! No complaints about food, but their customer experience needs LOTS im... My family and I really enjoy Sushi Maki. The staff is always friendly, and the wait time is never too long. The sushi consistently tastes amazing. My personal favorite is anything with eel, while my husband loves the salmon, and my kids are fond of anything with crab and shrimp.
The sushi here is truly excellent! I just wish the customer service could be improved a bit. There's a male staff member whose name I can't recall, but he's really friendly. Unfortunately, the female staff member isn't as welcoming. She tends to rush through phone calls, and when you arrive at the restaurant, she doesn't greet you warmly. Despite this, the sushi is consistently a 10/10! It's definitely the best spot around!
Excellent service from wonderful staff, and the food consistently satisfies my cravings! I've been a loyal customer for years, and the meals have never let me down—they always hit the mark!
Probably in my top 3 sushi spots and I eat a bunch of sushi. the options with cream cheese are amazing.
