The person who took our order was quite rude and not very pleasant. His English was not very good, which made the experience frustrating. It seems he may not be suited for a reception role. The person who took our order was quite rude and not very pleasant. His English was not very good, which made the experience frustrating. It seems he may not be suited for a reception role. While he seemed to welcome calls for reservations, he did not appear to be as accommodating towards walk-in customers.
I placed my order online and went to pick it up, and it was ready in under 13 minutes. I really appreciated the option to check in through the app before arriving, as it allowed them to know I was there for my order.
