Gran descubrimiento. A menudo vamos a Burgos y reservamos un día para ir de vermu. Lo conocíamos de escuchar, y siempre avanzamos, pero no nos animamos a entrar o a estar muy llenos, o debido a las limitaciones de la pandemia, o a buscar algo concreto... Esta vez hemos entrado y ha sido un gran descubrimiento. Después de una antigua taberna o bodeguilla estética se esconde un lugar típico en Burgos que es una visita muy recomendable para los amantes del vermu con una amplia variedad de marcas y tipos que se pueden acompañar con banderines tradicionales y vinagres como gildas, foremen, con huevo de codorniz, pulpo... Añade la atmósfera de la bodega típica y una gran atención. Lo añadí a nuestra ruta.
No está mal. Pinchos muy parecidos, con huevos cocidos de codorniz y pepinillos. El resto muy común. Lo único bueno es la gran variedad de vermout que tienen. Un pelín caro para el surtido de pinchos.
Bar especializado en vermuts, tienen 200 botellas diferentes. La camarera es muy amable y nos ha explicado un poco sobre el mundo de la vermut. Volveremos muchas veces para probar todo.
Una gran experiencia. Fuimos atendidos por el dueño quien nos hizo un paseo por su colección de vermus, gran conocedor del tema. Muy recomendable
