What User likes about El Cuenco Dorado:
Cute little spot in downtown Burgos! Although not a vegan restaurant, vegan items are clearly labeled on the menu. Vegan options include ramen, gyozas and yakisoba noodles (I think they also had some vegetarian options, but these were not labeled). I tried the yakisoba noodles and they were good! japochina fusion restaurant specializing in ramen. Although there are few vegetarian and vegan options, they have “a dish of each type”: a very delicious vegetable ramen with option to remove the egg, yakisoba with vegetables and several entries: apple gyozas, vegetable bao. the place is very cool both inside and outside, an old redecorating place, and the staff was very attentive.
