What Nelson G Cubias doesn't like about Starbucks:
It's embarrassing, how can they serve you half a cup of coffee when you paid for a full one. I was dissatisfied with my drink, I asked for a remake and the barista,manager and cashier refused to remake it because “that’s how they were trained to make the drink” i thought the starbucks policy is that if you’re dissatisfied with your drink, you can ask for a remake with no issues. employees really need some training an...
