Terrible service. Went in for a pick up. They said still getting food ready. Asked Alicia if food was ready after waiting 10 more minutes she said still getting ready. Employees were mad that I had questions about the menu… looked genuinely irritated to be there. Dirty looks while my food was being prepared.. all I was doing was getting teriyaki and Katsu sauce
