For better or for worse, I have visited quite a few Bojangles. They’re usually very good but the person running the register did not seem to care one way or another whether she took your order or not. There was one person in line in front of me when I went inside to order regular fries and an orange juice. It took me 20 minutes to get my order. When I did, the biscuits were almost burned. I was very disappointed with my experience here. Service: Takeaway

We just went to this Bojangles on 9/11 at 11:30 am they were not busy at all) we went through the drive thru, there was an automated system, my husband was ordering and he was just having a good day and using a funny voice while ordering, and some rude ass worker got on the line and yelled at us! I’m sorry you’re working an automated system and that we were just trying to order, but you need to be a nicer person! I’m sorry but if I was management I would fire this person because nothing was wrong with what he was doing, maybe you should have a kinder attitude and enjoy life a little more instead of yelling at customers, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Btw you forgot our some of our items, maybe you should do your job first before being rude.
