Food is good. Staf was rude in drive-thru. Acted as they hated their job and dealing with the public. Enjoyed the food. Not always hot and fresh but within reason View all feedback.
What Corina Karpov doesn't like about Bojangles:
I got TWO BO-SIZED chicken biscuit combos (the large fries) and they wouldn't give more than 1 honey mustard. They wanted me to pay 42¢ for another sauce. Ridiculous. Not happy with the service, they were super stingy even an extra water cup. Go to another Bojangles. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast View all feedback.
Drove 30 minutes after calling and being told I couldn't order over the phone just to get there, sit in drive thru for 30 more minutes and be told they no longer have chicken. Ridiculous! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Maybe y'all can hire, or retrain, some employees with manners. The workers there could say thank you or say anything and it would be appreciated. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
Waited in the drive-thru line for my order for almost 45 minutes. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Disappointed. Just left this bojangles in Burgaw, NC. They close at 10 pm and we got there at 9:20 and when I approached the drive thru a woman very rudely said, I 'm sorry we 're closed for the night.. Not friendly and very rude.
No chicken supremes after asking before getting in line. No indoor seating. Very slow service.
