What User doesn't like about Evedon Lakeside Retreat:
This retreat has the potential to be better.Outside the building is beautiful but the inside facility could have been better. There is no shampoo, hand towel and tissue provided. I would not mind to pay extra for them rather than finding out there was none provided upon arrival. The couch needed to be replaced as it no longer provided good support. The kitchen tap was leaky. Can't give the rooms an honest rating as I didn't stay but the coffee was good, the grounds are amazing and the service was great.My wife and I came for a bit of a look around and a walk and it was lovely!I'm planning on returning to do the various bush walks on the property.
Took our Mum for lunch for her birthday. Food was awful! Burgers were dry, crispy pork belly was soggy, chicken parmigiana was watery and slimy. Definitely won't be back
The restaurant is top notch, very highly recommended.Great selection, fairly priced and of a very high standard.
Went for lunch with a view…we ordered the pork belly prawn fettuccine…so tasty
Relaxing mid winter experience. And great food in the restaurant.
