Most skewers in Burdur make very tasty skewers. Besides, Şişçi Hasan has a special place for me. The fact that the meat is juicy and has a balanced flavor without extra fat makes this place stand out. If you want the meat to be more juicy and less cooked, you can say take it juicy when ordering. I say it that way because I like it undercooked and juicy. They bring onions and tomatoes with it. I also suggest you try the creamy wire kadayif. As a criticism I can only say their cash work. I came across this restaurant in 2018 and every year when I travel from Adana in that direction, I make sure to detour and stop by. There is nothing better in this area, not just the skewers but every ingredient used is of excellent quality. I hope they continue to maintain this level of excellence for many years to come. They use 100% beef. From fatty rib sections. The connective tissues are very well cleaned. A simple but delicious meal. Breads are buttery fluffy pita style. It comes freshly cooked. It is very important for this kebab that the breads are this good. They don't use credit cards, so I congratulate them on that. Prices are affordable.
