What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
The service was unbelievably slow! I waited 12 minutes for my drink, which I wasn't too shocked about. However, the staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than rushing to fill orders. After about 10 minutes, they finally noticed that my order hadn't been processed and asked me about it only after I had been visibly waiting. It seems like you've finally gotten your nitro tap fixed, but batistas are still missing details. Today I ordered a blueberry oatmeal and when I sit down at work to eat it, there's no blueberries. They put a B on the bag but forgot what that is for I guess... Good thing the Target across the street is ready to pick up the slack. This store used to be a shining example of great service...

I appreciate this Starbucks so much while on vacation. They are very friendly and even told us how safe Burbank Ca was. It was close to our hotel (Marriott hotel) which I loved.. Thank you again 1711 Starbucks from San Francisco..
There's construction happening around the building, but they're still open! The store is clean, cool, and quiet. The staff is friendly and welcoming. If you need a break from a hectic day, definitely stop by!
