However, I found the rest of the food to be overpriced for its mediocre quality. It wasn't even good; it was just passable. I had ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, as displayed on the screen of the touch ordering system, but received a single patty instead. The burger alone cost $10, with fries and drinks priced separately. When my order arrived, I checked my ticket and saw that it indeed indicated a single patty. I realized it was my mistake for not verifying my order more closely. My wife ordered a chicken sandwich, but she didn't enjoy it; she found the chicken too salty and didn't like the spread. Overall, I believe the restaurant is not worth the money considering the quality of food provided. I won't be returning or recommending it to others.

Every time I dine here, the meals are consistently well-prepared. The Hot Ones Burger and the check sandwich are absolutely fantastic—genuinely spicy, just the way I like it! The staff is friendly, though they tend to be quite busy. I appreciate the electronic tablet ordering feature, and the food comes out quickly. I would definitely recommend this Shake Shack. I just wish they offered more deals or rewards for regular customers.

When I went back inside to address the issue, the manager was incredibly quick to help. She had the kitchen prepare a new double cheeseburger for me right away and told me to keep the single. On top of that, she generously gave me a few free burger coupons, which I greatly appreciated. The takeaway from this experience is to always check your order before you leave, and if there's a mistake (especially repeated ones), don't hesitate to speak to a manager politely. I wish I had caught her name, but I want to extend a big thank you to that manager for addressing the situation with her team and taking care of me. If it hadn't been for her, I might have considered giving this place just one star for the ongoing errors. Thanks to her excellent service, I'm giving it four stars, and the food really is that good!
