It has to be a culture difference. Why aren't you wearing gloves and mask? Your employee literally put her finger in my rice bare hand. Your workers are talking over the food, spit and whatever else is flying out. I didn't even attempt to get the food after seeing her touch my rice with nothing on her hands. It's absolutely disgusting, your working with people food..... Would you want my fingers all in your food? No you wouldn't everyone working should have gloves and mask on...
