I came here, to have breakfast with my mom, the day after surgery. I had to use to handicap entrance, because I couldn't walk up the stairs. After a long wait outside, the server opened the door for use, informed us, that this was a handicap entrance the front door was around the corner. My mom informed her of the situation (I even still had my hospital bracelet on). Longstory short, she let us in told us to go to the front see the hostess. I could barley walk it was very noticeable, so Ijust had a seat at the closest availability table because I was exhausted at this point. An elderly lady, who was also havingtrouble walking came in a few moment behind us, used the sam entrance sat right behind us, as she should have. However thesame server didn't give her a hard time, didn't tell her to walk to front, or use a different entrance. I don't think serversshould discriminate based on appearance. IHOP should invest a little on some employee training.

Over-priced and not what it used to be. My parents took us to IHOP and I have patronized it for decades but since the pandemic, their menu has changed and prices is increased. I ordered two eggs, bacon, and avocado toast which consisted of slivers ofavocado. The bread toast was dry. I left most of it. Without water to he cost was over $20.

Packed and now understaffed which is naturally a match made it he????????. Waited 10 minutes in the back corner for a waiter and never got one. When you do, it's your standard iHop. Atmos is monotonous and cafeteria-like.
