The hookah they took 45 minutes to bring out and never changed the charcoal even though I asked no less than 10 times for more charcoal. I regret going back to this place it has turned into an absolute disaster from a customer service and quality standpoint. This is no way to treat a customer and shrug it off when I complain about how bad the service is. There is definitely a lot of improvement in service. Had to revise.

I checked their website and it confirms this information is true.I give the restaurant a call and the lady said sometimes they close at 1am, sometimes they close at 2am it just depends on the day. I'm not sure what kind of response this is.I arrive with my party at 12:45am and we were denied seating and were told the restaurant is closed. The lady also said the their hours depend on how busy they are because they are a family business.You are better off dining at a place with better customer service, accurate hours of operation, and restaurants that take their business more seriously.
