El Pollo Loco - Burbank

Honestly, the worst pollen loco I've ever had. Ordnete the big avocado chicken bowl that might have 5 small dice chickens? I paid $8 for a bowl of rice and beans? hasn't even ended, just thrown away. Never again.

I usually don't give bad reviews bc there are enough people out there that upset about small things and give 1 star ratings for insignificant things. I ordered a double chicken salad, and not only was it not twice the chicken, I was given 0 chicken. It was salad, corn, beans and avocado. I had gone 20 minutes. When I messed up my order, they took my information and sent me gift cards for 1 meal. But other fast food sites just scrub it off when you tell them what went wrong. I rarely go to El pollo loco and probably not again. I'd rather be hungry and not waste money.

I was in town for the week for work. This was down the street from the hotel and I decided to try it. We did not have one back home but I heard about the place. It did not disappoint. I had the pozole and it was great. I also had the chicken avocado taco. It too was good!!

The restaurant was very busy during lunch, but the staff took our orders quickly. The prices are reasonable and the quality of the food is good. However, the drink station was a bit off-putting. The dining areas were also dirty, so we may opt to just get takeout next time.

Worst service ever! After a long day of shopping to get ready for my giving birth, we decided to go get Pollo loco. We were in the drive through for 1hour. Finally out turn to order, the guy asked us to hold for a second.. 30 minutes later we decided to move up and order with the guy. We go up to the window and just said we can't order anything. So we finally go inside and they say they are able to take our order inside. They handled this very poorly, I honestly just feel bad for all the time waisted.
