I encountered the most kind and patient employee at Wendy's in Bunnell (off Hwy100) yesterday. The young man working at the counter inside was wonderful with an elderly gentleman who was having trouble with his order. It seemed like he was hard of hearing and was generally confused. This employee took his time with the customer to help make sure he got what he wanted. The employee was Corinthian. View all feedback.

Never received part of my order. Tried calling once I got home and realized and no one picks up the phone. So I just spent $10 on food never received. Huge Wendy’s fan but won’t be back. View all feedback.

Spectacular is the word that comes to mind. I have never been to a fast food place where my burger actually looked like the menu and the fries actually hot. The crew at this place is on point. Thank tou from Jacksonville.

Yesterday was like any other day. The wild redhead and I went through Wendy's for some Biggie meals. We got our brown bags of goodness and drove around to park.Soon, one of the employees walked up to the truck and said, What's your name?Hmmm, I looked at her hard. Did I know her from school? Did we have relations one crazy night?She confirmed my name and returned my credit card. Damn, I drove off and forgot it.What an excellent act of kindness. Love me some Wendy's even more!
Ordered through the app and got my food. The food was hot and fresh even the fries which some places don’t like to give fresh fries.
