As for the crawfish, it was poorly seasoned, with only a few bits of flavor lingering from a previous batch mixed in.

I ordered a six-inch po'boy filled with a delightful mix of shrimp and oysters, dressed to perfection, and it came with fries that were cooked just right and seasoned wonderfully. The batter was delicious, and the shrimp were quite sizable. The standout for me was the incredible po'boy bread. Although the bar isn't open yet, it will be soon, and the atmosphere is fantastic, with fun pictures of Louisiana and its history adorning the walls. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made my dining experience even more enjoyable. I can't wait to return to try the fried pickles and grilled shrimp. Excellent job, JB!
