Looks nice upon arrival but we were let down by the room and service. The room had a queen sized mattress on a double bed base, which meant neither my wife or I slept well as the mattress was not properly supported. The owner took days to respond to our complaint about this and, when he did, said it was our fault we weren't comfortable, blamed another guest for having damaged the original mattress in the first place,... I recently organized a gathering with some friends in Bundanoon, and several of us stayed at the motel. The renovated rooms are spotless, spacious, and offer great value. This motel offered exceptional value for money, and Bundanoon is a lovely destination. It’s the most charming small town with fantastic cafés and friendly locals. The staff at the motel were very pleasant, and the rooms exceeded our expectations. While basic, they were spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We had a wonderful weekend!
