I've never experienced a time where they were out of anything (i.e the Italian Her... read more If I'm ever craving a good Subway, I can never go past the Bourbong St store. I've never experienced a time where they were out of anything (i.e the Italian Herb & Cheese roll that have been sold out in other stores), and the staff are lovely.The one star off is purely because I get NO salad, but extra cheese, yet still have to pay extra for those two extra slices of cheese, rather than swapping for me. Should I order all the salads in a takaway box to just throw out, since I'm entitled to the salad, but not a slice of cheese if I don't want any salad? 90% of the other Subway stores I go into are happy to swap, but this one doesn't.

However, I deducted a star because the service staff were not very friendly, and their coffee is only available in one size.
