Noodle & Donburi Japanese Bento

This little Asian take-away in Hinkler Central provides tasty, freshly cooked food either from the display case or to order and at a very reasonable price. We have chosen this oasis of delight for lunch whenever we are in Bundaberg and choose to go to this shopping centre even just to have lunch there. Their chicken dumplings are dreamy. We have not had any food from them that has been disappointing.

The fried rice is amazing and you can watch them cook it for you. The kids love watching as they prepare and cook in front of you.

The usual sushi train didn't really provide the biggest selection, but you could ask for something additional to supplement the offerings. Nothing of special significience on the menu but tasty and healthy.

Sit down dining in the food hall at the local shopping centre. Great because some of us ate here while others chose other locations. The noodles were freshly cooked to our requirements so that was great. Unfortunately the girl on the counter had no personality and didn't crack a smile at all throughout the entire transaction. The spring rolls from the hot box were actually cold. The Teriake Chicken and noodles is delicious if you don't mind also remembering to pay cash. No EFTPOS which is bizarre these days. Food is cooked in front of you so that is a bonus. Generous portion size.

During our week in Lyon we managed to eat here three times.
