Decided to enjoy a coffee before my wife immersed herself in the shops. Cappuccino and scone for me, long black and muffin for my wife. Both coffees delivered extra warm as requested, scone and muffin warm with generous portion sized accompaniments. Efficient friendly service. Clean premises.

Cold & Wet Saturday morning and decided to stop at Muffin Break. Friendly service; coffee, cappuccino and heated muffins served promptly and enjoyed by both of us. Tables were all being cleaned when we arrived, so no problem there. However, everything went on the floor and frankly the floor looked as if it had not been cleaned from the previous day.

With few food options at Livingston Marketplace the Muffin Break is often busy, so there is usually a wait for your order.

I made a quick stop to enjoy a coffee and a lemon cheesecake. The service was friendly, and the cheesecake was served immediately along with the coffee about 5 minutes later. I was glad to see that Covid regulations were being enforced and followed during my visit. It's a great place for a quick and satisfying meal.
