I noticed something odd when I got gas here this afternoon. The pump said $3.19 for Regular. I used my Fuel Rewards card and it said I had a .10¢ discount per g... read more I noticed something odd when I got gas here this afternoon. The pump said $3.19 for Regular. I used my Fuel Rewards card and it said I had a .10¢ discount per gallon for up to 35 gallons. Instead of the price dropping to $3.09 with the .10¢ discount, the price increased and then dropped back down to $3.19 per gallon again! This is the second time this has happened here and hasn't happened anywhere at other Shell Stations. I didn't know how they are manipulating the pump price like this, but I didn't really get the discount!!! Buyer beware! I notified Fuel Rewards and Shell Customer service. I thought it was a fluke the first time it happened, but when it happened again today. Nope!

Ive noticed I can drive further when I fill up at shell, although im not sure if its the quality of the fuel or maybe it fills more before stopping. I commute to silsbee for my job and shell is easily the cheapest, most convenient, and nicest place to fill up at.
